STANDARD HOUSE CLEANING FAQ
We do not require you to sign any contracts. You can cancel your recurring service anytime. Just a friendly reminder to cancel 48 hours in advance to your cleaning to avoid any additional fees.

All we would need from you is information on how to access your home and any special instructions you would like the cleaner to know.
If we are notified that we missed something or something isn’t cleaned to your standard, within 24 hours, then we will send our cleaning team back and fix anything that was missed. This is done at our hour rate.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring cleanings.
Note that the more frequent your get your home cleaned, the cheaper each cleaning is.
We do not offer cleanings every 3 weeks. The reason for this is because it will throw off our schedules which would cause over lap on other clients cleanings.
We understand that plans change and you need to cancel a cleaning. That being said, to get you back on schedule we will need to charge you a one time fee for the additional time needed.
It all depends on the size of your home. We have found that larger homes (above 2,500 Sq. Ft.) need larger teams to get the cleaning done in a timely manner.
At Merit Maids of Fort Collins, we believe in quality and consistency which you get since we priorities sending the same professional to your home! If there is a schedule conflict we will let you know so you can either decide if you want to reschedule, to keep the same cleaner, or choose to keep the same time and have another professional clean your home.
We love dogs and cats at Merit Maids of Fort Collins but we kinldly ask that you secure them while our cleaners are at your home. This allows our teams to work efficiently.
