MOVING CLEANING FAQ
We understand all the nuances that come with moving so we have made it simple to cancel or reschedule your cleanings. You don’t need any more stress than what moving already causes.
Simply call, text, or email and we will help you cancel or reschedule. If your change your schedule 48 hours in advance there is no fee!

All we would need from you is information on how to access your home and any special instructions you would like the cleaner to know.
If we are notified that we missed something or something isn’t cleaned to your standard, within 24 hours, then we will send our cleaning team back and fix anything that was missed. This is done at our hour rate.
A labor hour is defined as one hour of labor performed by one cleaning professional. Just a fancy way of saying: per hour, per cleaner.
Here’s an example:
If a team of 2 cleaners completes your cleaning between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, then they completed a total of 8 labor hours. The same is true if a single cleaner completes your cleaning from 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM. In both examples, 8 labor hours were completed. Having 2 cleaners or 1 cleaner DOES NOT affect the final price, only the time occupying your home. There is a 4 labor hour minimum for any job.
Billable time may include loading and unloading supplies & equipment from a vehicle. If you have any questions regarding labor hours or billing procedures please call the office prior to your scheduled cleaning.
We have found that it takes 1 labor hour for every 250 square feet you’d like cleaned.
Use this equation to estimate the number of hours you’ll need when booking online: Home’s Sq. Ft./250
Example:
If your home is 1500 sq. ft., then we would estimate 6 labor hours (1500/250=6) to complete the cleaning or 3 hours with 2 cleaners.
Since every home’s condition is different it could take more or less time than what the estimate shows.
If you’d like to save some money, set a time limit and let us know your priorities.
With the reduced time frame we cannot guarantee that the entire cleaning will be completed. With that said, our cleaners will work diligently to clean as much as they can with the allotted time.

We will send at least 2 cleaners to every move-in/out cleaning but it all depends on the size of the home. For homes larger than 3,000 sq. ft. we will send larger teams.
