We require a deep cleaning if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the last 30 days.
That being said, our deep cleanings are charged at an hourly rate, so the cleaner your home is the less you are charged!
One hour of cleaning by one professional cleaner is equal to a labor hour. So, per hour, per cleaner.
Here’s an example:
If a team of 2 cleaners completes your deep cleaning between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, then they completed a total of 4 labor hours. The same is true if a single cleaner completes your cleaning from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. In both examples, 4 labor hours were completed. Whether it’s 2 cleaners or 1 cleaner it does not affect the total price.
Don’t forget that there is a 4 labor hour minimum for any deep cleaning. This time starts when cleaner arrives and ends once they are done cleaning your home!

This question is very dynamic and depends on the size and condition of your apartment but we’ve found that it takes about 1 labor hour to clean 250 sq. ft. that you’d like to be cleaned.
You can use this equation to calculate how many labor hours will be needed when booking online: Your apartments sq. ft./250 = total labor hours
Example:
If your apartment is 1000 sq. ft., then we would estimate 4 labor hours (1000/250) to complete the cleaning or 2 cleaners for 2 hours.
This will only get you a rough estimate since everyone’s apartment is different and doesn’t include any extras.
