BILLING
To view our prices, click the large button in the top-right corner of the page. Then, navigate to our booking page, complete the form, and your price will be automatically generated.
To provide a convenient payment option for our customers and staff, we accept card payments only.
Don’t worry, your card won’t be charged until AFTER your cleaning is complete, so you can relax and enjoy the process.
Protecting your private information is our top priority. We take security extremely seriously, which is why we use Stripe – a payment processor that is SSL-encrypted and PCI Level 1 compliant.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours and we will send your cleaner back (or a different cleaner, if requested) to touch up any overlooked areas. If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, we will issue a refund.
Please note that all hourly service re-cleanings will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

No, you do not need to provide any cleaning supplies unless you’d like us to. If so, please let us know in your “special instructions” and leave them where the cleaner can easily see them.
We offer quite a few ways to book your cleaning service:

Once we confirm your booking, you will have a reserved spot on our calendar, which our team(s) financially count on.
If you reschedule or cancel prior to 48-hours of your scheduled cleaning there will not be an additional fee but if it is within the 48-hours then you will unfortunately receive a $50 cancellation fee.
Also, if our team travels to your property and they are unable to access or complete the cleaning then you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
CLEANERS
After some trial-and-error, we have found that working with experienced contractors is a better solution for our clients as well as for us!
We have discovered that employees typically require extensive training and are usually just concerned about the paycheck where as independent cleaning professionals are exactly what their name says – experienced cleaning professionals. This is their profession and they take it very seriously.

This approach not only fosters stronger relationships between clients and cleaners but is also more cost-effective, as it reduces the need for extensive marketing and allows us to focus on maintaining quality service. We have implemented a thorough 12-step vetting process for all new hires to ensure the highest standards of service from our cleaners. This rigorous procedure covers background checks, skill assessments, and personal interviews to guarantee reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Additionally, we place great emphasis on customer feedback, which plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our services and ensuring that our cleaners consistently meet or exceed expectations.

FLAT RATE SERVICES
Only if your home has been professionally cleaned within the past month, you can forgo the initial deep cleaning.
Here’s a summary of what you can expect:
Deep Cleaning: Deep cleanings are charged by the hour and are extremely thorough, ensuring every detail is addressed, with all first-time customers receiving this for their first cleaning.
Standard Cleaning: Standard cleanings are charged based on the size of the home and are designed to maintain cleanliness as ongoing upkeep after the initial deep cleaning.
There is a comprehensive checklist that our professional cleaners follow for a recurring cleaning.
If you notice any spots that were missed during a recurring cleaning, you have 24 hours after the cleaning to contact us. Our team will return ASAP to address the things missed with no additional cost.
After 24 hours, we will happily return and clean any areas of question with an additional cost.
At Merit Maids of Fort Collins we believe in quality and consistency. We keep the same professional cleaner with each recurring cleaning. If for whatever reason the cleaner is unable to make it we can either reschedule or send another awesome cleaner.
Of course! If at any time you are unhappy with your cleanings, then you can ask to get a different cleaner or cleaning team.
HOURLY SERVICES
Our hourly rate is $49 per labor hour and covers more than simply “the labor.”
It covers everything it takes for the cleaner to get to your home as well as business stuff that keeps our doors open.
One hour of labor performed by one cleaning professional. It’s just a fancy way of saying, “per cleaner, per hour.” So if it takes 2 cleaners 2 hours to clean your home it would be 4 labor hours.
A good rule of thumb is that it usually takes our professional cleaners 1 labor hour per 250 sq. ft. of your home.
If your home is 1500 sq. ft. then we would recommend 6 labor hours.

It depends on the size of your home and the condition it is in.
You can put a cap to the time and prioritize cleaning to certain rooms.
You can limit your cleaning to a certain time budget and prioritize your cleaning to certain rooms.
OR if you choose to have your entire home cleaned, then our professionals will work efficiently with your budget in mind.
Make sure you go over our “services not offered” so you know what to expect out of your cleaning.
If youd like to stay within a certain budget you can still get incredible value out from our services. Set a time cap and let us know what areas of your home you would like to prioritize.
We cannot garuantee that the entire cleaning will be completed within your time cap. That being said, our team will work diligently to clean as much as they can within the time frame you’ve requested.
Any re-clean requests will be charged at our hourly rate due to the hourly services being charged by the amount of time it takes our professionals to clean your home.
If you’d like to have a time cap, we recommend providing a list of rooms or items that you’d like us to clean. We can’t guarantee all the items will be cleaned within your time limit due to how much homes vary in size and the condition they are in.
VACATION RENTALS
Our Vacation Rental Cleaning Services are charged at a flat rate based on the size of the property + any extras (i.e. linens, pets, and more).

Yes, we only accept payments by card for our clients and office staff convenience.
Remember, your card will not be charged until after we have completed your cleaning.
